- Onsite consulting engagements that cut turnover by reviewing current processes and retention data, and then recommending and implementing changes. These multi-month engagements result in higher employee retention and improvements on all key metrics, as well as better ways to source, hire, train, coach and reward. During these engagements, Dick Finnegan becomes a highly active member of clients’ executive and HR teams and analyzes, recommends and implements changes to improve retention.

- Executive retention coaching for top managers to improve their retention and management skills. Conducted in group or individual settings, these sessions help managers build retention and management skills in order to retain top performers and advance their own careers.
